Q. How long does the Carpet Cleaning process take?

This really Depends on How Dirty the Carpet is. Normally, for Example, a 2 Bedroom Flat would take around 2 Hours to Clean.


Q. How Long Does it Take the Cleaned Carpets to Dry?

Normally it Takes from 12-24 Hours, Again this Depends on how Dirty the Carpet Was, and What Material it is Made from.


Q. Which is Better, Steam or Dry Cleaning?

We Always Recommend Steam Cleaning, as The Steam Cleaning gets Best Results and also Kills All Bacteria. It’s More Efficient, Better for Allergy Sufferers. We use Shampoo, Carpet Deodoriser & Spot Treatment.
Dry Cleaning is Mainly for Delicate Carpets that Cannot be Steamed.


Q. Do You Always get 100% Results

Of Course We Cant Guarantee 100% of all Carpet will be Perfect, but we do use the Very Best Chemicals & Equipment, So it will be as Close as it Possibly Can

You can Book over the Phone, Email, LiveChat from the Website, Facebook


Q.How Do I Pay?

You can Pay Cash or Cheque on Completion or If You would prefer to Pay by Card, a 50% Deposit will be Required. You can also pay by Bank Transfer or Paypal.


Q.Do You Provide Receipt on Completion?

Yes a Receipt will be given at the End of the Clean.


Q.Do You Have a Cancellation Fee

A 24 hour notice is required if the Customer wishes to Cancel, Re-Schedule or Amend a Booking. The Customer Agrees to pay £50 of the Total if He/She wishes to Cancel or Re-Schedule less than 24 hours prior to the Scheduled Appointment. In the Event the Cleaners are asked to leave, No body is at the Property, or there is No Water and/or Power at the Property, Customer agrees to Pay Full Price.


Q.What If Im Not Happy of the service Carpet Cleaning?

If you are Not Completely Satisfied with the Clean for what Ever Reason, We Will Gladly Return to do a Re-Clean or Give you a Refund if Needed.


Q. Can I Book on Short Notice?

We Always Try to Accept All Bookings if Possible, but Some Same Day Bookings are not always Available.


Q. Can you Protect my Carpet with Scotch Guard?

We Highly Recommend using Scotch Guard on your Carpets, as this Helps to Keep the Materials Safe from Dirt or Spillages etc. It also Helps to Stop the Colour from Fading. The Scotch Guard will stay in the Carpet until you next have your Carpets Cleaned, so it is Recommended you have this Treatment after Every Clean. It can also be used on any Upholstery you Require to be Cleaned.


Q. What If Your Cleaner Damages Anything?

We are Absolutely Fully Insured, So if anything was to be Accidently Damaged, we are Fully Covered.


Q. What Hours Do You Work?

Normally Our Hours are 08:30 – 18:30, However we can be Very Flexible with our times if Required. Let us Know what Time is Best for You and We Will be able to Arrange Something for You.


Q.Do You Work on Weekends/ Bank Holidays?

Yes We Work 7 Days a Week Including All Bank Holidays.


Q.Are There Any Hidden Charges?

Yes, Our Prices are inclusive All Materials and Equipment. Parking and Congestion may apply if any.


Q.Do You Have Any Special Chemicals For Pet Owners?

Yes we use all Professional Chemicals for all Types of Carpets, and Situations. If you Have Pets We use Our Urine Neutraliser Product, which is the Best on the Market and Safe for the Animals, as is All of our Chemicals.
