Q.Are you and your cleaners insured?

YES we are fully insured, We have employers liability up to £10,000,000 and public liability up to £2,000,000.


Q. What kind of services do you provide?

We provide pofessional cleaning services throughout London at competitive rates.


Q. What areas of London do you cover?

Our carpet and upholstery , end of tenancy cleaning and after builders cleaning services are available in all areas of London.


Q. How do I pay for services?

Cash after the job has been completed to your satisfaction, or by BACS before service commences.


Q. Do i need to pay the congestion charge, or any other fee?

Yes, you have to pay for the congestion and parking charges if any.


Q.How do you charge for End of tenancy cleaning and After builders cleaning?

Our hourly rates are for a man-hour or per cleaner per hour!You will be given an estimate guide of how many hours are needed to clean your property and if for instance we say 12 hours, this is equal to 2 cleaners 6 hours each or 3 cleaners 4 hours each.


Q. What stains can you remove from carpet ?

Our top of the range system is designed to remove coffee, tea, wine ,alcohol, blood, browning, butter, candle wax, chocolate, cough syrup, raw eggs , food colouring, fruit juice, grass, gravy, grease, ice cream, lily pollen, jam, ketchup, lipstick, mildew, milk, mud, mustard,oils,rust, salt, shoe polish, soot, tar, toothpaste, urine, vomit ,paint,markers, shoe marks, traffic areas,etc. Please note that depending on type of carpet and how old the stains are, some of them may not come out. We can not guarantee that all stains will come out, but we guarantee to do everything we can and spare no effort to get the best possible result!


Q. Do you move furniture when cleaning carpet?

Yes we can move furniture on request.


Q. How long before I can use the room after the carpet has been cleaned?

It usually takes about two hours, but you can use the room as soon as we finish as we will supply overshoes for you and your family, but it could take a bit longer if the carpet has been particularly stained and we have to go over and over again.


Q. What if I need to change my cleaning appointment?

That is not a problem, but please give us at least 2 working days notice. if you fail to give us 2 working days notice payment will be due in full!


Q. What if something is damaged when my home is being cleaned?

Although we take extreme care when cleaning your home, sometimes accidents happen. If breakage or damage occurs as a result of our cleaning we will get the item repaired or replaced.


Q. What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning?

If you or landlord are not entirely satisfied with the quality of the end of tenancy cleaning,please contact us within 24 hours of the clean and we will come back to rectify the problem areas Free of charge


Q. Do you have a cancellation fee?

A 24 hour notice is required if the Customer wishes to Cancel, Re-Schedule or Amend a Booking. The Customer Agrees to pay £50 of the Total if He/She wishes to Cancel or Re-Schedule less than 24 hours prior to the Scheduled Appointment. In the Event the Cleaners are asked to leave, No body is at the Property, or there is No Water and/or Power at the Property, Customer agrees to Pay Full Price.
