WHAT IS CORONAVIRUS 2019?
The worldwide Coronavirus (COVID – 19) outbreak has people scrambling to protect themselves, their homes and businesses from potential contamination.
The effects of this type of biohazard situation can last up to two weeks and the continued spread of the disease has led to a growing number of fatalities in the UK.
Coronavirus (COVID -19) is a respiratory illness that can spread from person to person. The virus that causes COVID -19 is a novel coronavirus that was first identified during an investigation into an outbreak in Wuhan, China.
Anyone can be infected with coronavirus, mostly at risk are those who have recently been in an area with an ongoing spread of the virus and healthcare workers treating already infected patients.

The main symptoms of COVID 19 are:
- fever
- cough
- shortness of breath
However, some patients develop pneumonia in both lungs, multi-organ failure and in some cases death.
People can protect themselves by avoiding crowded places and close contact and thoroughly washing hands after surfaces and objects have been touched. Currently, there is no vaccine to protect against COVID – 19.

DEEP STEAM CLEANING HAS TAKEN ON A NEW URGENCY THIS YEAR
Following the COVID – 19 prevention guidance set by the Health Authorities, people are intensely washing, dusting and disinfecting homes and offices, with the knowledge that lives may depend on it.
Most people in these difficult times are taking extra precautions. Professional End of Tenancy Cleaning Companies are now being swamped with requests for deep cleaning, a process that involves getting into forgotten areas with accumulated dust, dirt and virus-carrying particulates.
COMPARED TO THE CASUAL DUST-UP, A DEEP CLEAN IS AN EXTREMELY THOROUGH TYPE OF CLEANING
It means hunting for dust mites behind furniture and cabinets, addressing scum from shower-heads, cleaning inside ovens, mopping floors under rugs, wiping door handles, skirting boards and window frames. It requires the emptying of cupboards to clean the surfaces within.
Absent of health crisis, a thorough domestic cleaning is recommended annually, however, the currently growing pandemic has a dramatic impact on the cleaning business. More clients are calling for deep clean and disinfection and on the other hand, some clients have suspended cleaning schedules for fear of letting anyone in their homes who may have come in contact with someone infected with COVID -19.
The most important recommendations of the Health Authorities on how to protect yourself and your family of respiratory illness including COVID – 19 is practicing good hand hygiene, covering your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze, and thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting handled items.

OUR TEAMS ARE FULLY EQUIPPED WITH THE RECOMMENDED RESPIRATORY MASKS, GLOVES AND OTHER PROTECTIVE ITEMS AND DISINFECTING PRODUCTS FOR ANTI-CORONAVIRUS CLEANING
More than ever our cleaners are required to use disposable gloves and shoe covers. All staff members must wash their hands thoroughly with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds immediately after removing the gloves. They have to use hand sanitizing gels, keeping the gel wet on their hands for a minimum of 15 seconds. All cleaning equipment (i.e.vacuum cleaners, mops) are disinfected between appointments.
We use the professional biocidal cleaner Prochem D500 Microsan for disinfection. It recommends spraying surfaces with a diluted cleaning solution and this product can be used for cleaning floors as well as for Steam Cleaning Equipment.
Originally developed in the 1980s for blood-borne viruses such as HBV, HCV, and HIV, this product is also very effective against Coronavirus (Coronaviridae family including MERS-CoV). Microsan is clear, low foaming liquid with pleasant apple blossom fragrance.
Premium Clean, which typically uses eco-friendly cleaning products, have relaxed our policy against using strong chemicals because at the current situation our customers are demanding them. Meanwhile, chemical disinfectants are in short supply across the UK. On a hopeful note, the new coronavirus is the amount the easiest viruses to destroy as Consumer Reports explains. Soap and water, household beach, alcohol (i.e. rubbing alcohol) or hydrogen peroxide are effective agents in the absence of stronger chemicals.
We now offers disinfection in addition to our list of services and we do our best to deliver the highest professional standards possible. The price for this service is generally 50% of the Deep Cleaning cost.
100% Satisfied Customers

Highly recommend.♥️

We had Premium Clean in to give our living room couch a refresh and also to clean the basement broadloom, which had suffered under the onslaught of an old, rather barfy cat. Great results on both. Highly recommended!

Nick explained to me the best ways to spot clean, and also told me about cleaning services offered by the company for area rugs.
Great job by an excellent technician!!

Would definitely recommend Premium clean, specifically Nick, to family and friends.

Sofa looks fresh and will use them again.

Nick came on time and did a fantastic job, all the stains came out completely.
They using very big and professional machines, everything looks on a higher standard.
He is a very polite and nice person, very smiled and explained to me all the process.
I will definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend it to my friends and family.
Thank you for the great service.

I spent over an hour trying get an explanation and someone to come and clean the house. They did not return my calls and then I asked the Superviser to call. They didn’t call either. THEN THEY CHARGED MY MASTERCARD for the Clean they never did. Took me over a week to get a refund! Extremely unprofessional.

unfortunately the level of service was extremely poor and the property was left with dust and stains all over the rooms.
In addition to that, the cleaners didn’t follow the basic cov19 roles and they didn’t wear any masks even when they were not cleaning and in the same room as me (I’m 8 months pregnant). When we asked for them to wear the masks they pretend not to listen or we were told to leave the property empty
Windows are full of stains and dust so the area close to the window handle is dirty (it doesn’t seem it was even touched)
the electrical switches is full of dust
the floor still have the stains that were there before the cleaning team came
the freezer was not even open
and those are just a few pictures…
middle of the cleaning, I checked the rooms they were done and I immediately saw there were still dirty.
I tried to speak with the cleaners but nothing so I called the office to raise my concern and I was told I should not be in my house or I should stay in a room to wait for them to finish. They ensured me that the rooms would have been cleaned and I would have time to run through the rooms with the cleaners to speak about the service.
With my surprise when the cleaners finished, they left the house without saying anything, however one of them had to come back to the house as she left her scarf.
I took the opportunity to speak with the cleaner telling her I was not happy with the service, but she didn’t care and said it was clean for her
I called the office again and the customer service person was very rude because of my complains and because I said I don’t have any other options that put a negative review
After several complains, I was offer a refund of £15 (over £265 I paid)

Thank you very much.

Thanks will call you again

I called Premium Clean in London and asked for their dry carpet cleaning.
At first I was not sure if I wanted their service, but after they performed their job, I was stunned.
It took around 2 hours to clean out the carpets in the flat. It was such a pleasure to come home after them has visited. It feels like I have a completely new rugs.
I Recommend it to everyone!!!!
