Fantastic job done by the whole team on 02/10/25. We had a one off deep clean, plus carpet and sofa steam cleaning. The whole flat is sparkling. Perfectly punctual arrival and everyone worked very hard throughout the day, and were cheerful and friendly. Such attention to detail; the oven, grill, microwave and cooker hood are all spotless now. Great work on bathroom limescale.Top job as well on the staircase – we have light carpet by the front door and it looks good as new after being cleaned – before and after shots shown. I hope the photos do their work justice – I highly recommend this company. Quick and responsive on email as well.

I want to highlight the customer service provided by this company. The staff are friendly, kind, and genuinely care about their clients’ satisfaction. They ensure that every customer is happy with their services and are VERY responsive to any concerns. The cleaner, Timy, arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled time, which shows great punctuality and professionalism. She also took her shoes off. She brought a full range of products and equipment, including a full trolley!Timy did an absolutely outstanding job. She paid attention to every detail.. She cleaned all edges, corners, and even spots that are hard to reach. She went above and beyond by cleaning areas we hadn’t even expected, fully emptied and disinfected all drains, and completely removed ingrained limescale from the toilet edges.I highly recommend contacting their office to discuss your needs and ensure clear communication. I would also like to recommend Timy as she is an incredible cleaner. Very professional, friendly, humble, and honest!

Arrived on the dot. Scrubbed and scrubbed for three hours non-stop. Polite, professional and hard-working. Delighted with the deep clean. Fatima and Ilka were great. It’s a leap of faith choosing a cleaning company without a recommendation. I cross-checked Trust Pilot with Google reviews as some companies score well on one but not on the other. Premium Clean scored well on both. I noticed that some of the bigger providers with fancy software had poor recent reviews. It’s probably difficult to control quality with a high-volume business. So I chose Premium Clean based on their reviews, medium size and quick email replies. I also liked that they were very clear about what they do and don’t include in a deep clean, giving photos of what they consider a normal state of cleanliness that they will take on and what’s not. They were also flexible on my room requests. Delighted with my choice – excellent service and great results.

One of the best service providers in London I ever used. Professional staff rather than part-time students. If you are also comparing options, I would say this is better than large websites that outsource call centers for customer support.

Before and After
Our Carpet Cleaning Gallery
Professional Carpet and Rug Cleaning in Balham SW12
As in most areas in London, in Balham SW12 we Premium Clean offer professional cleaning of carpets and rugs cleaning London. We have gone through over 15 training courses with a vet exam at the end to make sure everything is perfect for the finale and there won’t be any problems. We are a small company with two professional and certified carpet cleaners, one of whom lives and covers this area.
Certified and Experienced Carpet Cleaners
He provides me with many different professional machines and preparations for our convenience and results. We use 4 different types of professional carpet cleaning machines.
Prochem Bravo – Small Stain Removal Machine
The smallest machine is Prochem Bravo, it is only small areas of cleaning designed to remove small stain in order not to wash the whole room when there is no need. Most often these are stain such as ink, coffee, tea, blood, make-up, urine, milk and others. This machine is very light and compact for the convenience of the technician.
Prochem PowerMax – Deep Carpet Cleaning Equipment
The next machine is about knee high called Prochem Galaxy. It is also easily portable with hoses up to 7.5 metres long. It is very good for cleaning 1 room, 1 sofa, 1 mattress and others. It can additionally add a heater for better quality.
The other now larger work machine is Prochem PowerMax. This machine is now more difficult to carry and especially to climb the steps, but it is not impossible! With this machine, more than one item can be washed with ease. The hoses now reach over 30 metres.
Ashbys Enforcer 400 – Commercial Carpet Cleaning Machine
And lastly is the Ashbys Enforcer 400 . It is already very large and heavy, and cannot be carried up the stairs. She always stands by the front door. There is also an additional heater that preheats the water to 60 degrees. This machine can also be used for very large premises such as offices, hotels, cinemas and others.
Trusted Carpet Cleaning Services in Balham SW12
Almost everyday we are in Balham, SW12, London. Carpet cleaning as a service is very important to go to a professional who is aware of the whole process. That’s why we first went to NCCA and Prochem training to be 100 percent sure that we know everything.
Professional Fabric Inspection Before Cleaning
We know and check every single fabric that we will wash using special methods. These methods are 2.
Method 1 – Fabric Burn Test
The first one is, we take a part of the material and light it with a lighter looking at the colour of the flame and then by touch we check if it is soft or hard.Looking at how saturated the flame is from the attended courses, we can understand whether the matter is artificial or natural. And accordingly, after the burnt burning ends, if it is soft, it means that it is natural material, or if it is hard, it means that it is artificial.
Method 2 – Preparation and Chemical Testing
The second is taking and using a piece of kitchen paper and testing the various preparations that we will use. Testing is always done in places that are difficult to see, such as under sofas or behind, to avoid damage in the event of one.
Fully Insured and Guaranteed Cleaning Services
We fully guarantee our work and are fully insured. If you are interested, please call us or write to the email.
