This was a post decorator clean so there was a lot to do. Absolutely fabulous job, with real attention to detail. I’m very particular about cleanliness, and the cleaners left my flat beautifully, indeed beatifically clean. They were also careful with my things so nothing was damaged and everything was exactly as it should be. Communication with the office was easy and pleasant. Fantastic job done by the whole team on 02/10/25. We had a one off deep clean, plus carpet and sofa steam cleaning. The whole flat is sparkling. Perfectly punctual arrival and everyone worked very hard throughout the day, and were cheerful and friendly. Such attention to detail; the oven, grill, microwave and cooker hood are all spotless now. Great work on bathroom limescale.Top job as well on the staircase – we have light carpet by the front door and it looks good as new after being cleaned – before and after shots shown. Arrived on the dot. Scrubbed and scrubbed for three hours non-stop. Polite, professional and hard-working. Delighted with the deep clean. Fatima and Ilka were great. It’s a leap of faith choosing a cleaning company without a recommendation. I cross-checked Trust Pilot with Google reviews as some companies score well on one but not on the other. Premium Clean scored well on both. I noticed that some of the bigger providers with fancy software had poor recent reviews. It’s probably difficult to control quality with a high-volume business. So I chose Premium Clean based on their reviews, medium size and quick email replies. Depending of the size of the room the cost is different. Single room - £30, Double - £40. We have additional cost for stain removal treatment.
Do you offer the same day appointments ?

What carpet method is better?
Best method is hot water extraction. Can do deeper clean, but not every fabric its suitable for that.
Is the carpet cleaning safe for children and pets?
Yes, absolutely. We use 100% eco-friendly cleaning products.
How long takes to dry the carpet after the cleaning?
Beetwen 2-8 hours depending of the type of fabric, condition and ventilation.
Do you protect the carpet after the cleaning?
Yes, we can do. We used Scotchgard for protection and its extra cost. Please ask for price.
How long does it take for the carpet to fully?
Because our industrial standard machinery is so good it only takes approximately 2-3 hours for the carpet to become fully dry and ready to walk on. However please bear in mind that drying times are not guaranteed as it can be affected by different humidity levels, temperatures and airflow into the space.
Do we move furniture to clean underneath?
Yes, our technician will move and clean under all your furniture with extra cost; we carefully move the furniture to a safe suitable location then clean underneath and carefully put them back to their original place. We do suggest you remove valuable or fragile items from shelving and cabinets, like plants, lamps, knick-knacks, books, clothes prior to us arriving. This will help us clean quickly and minimise accidental breakages.
