There are different methods you can use for cleaning a carpet. Our technicians, who have passed training courses, will determine the type of material your carpet is made from, and advise the best method for you.
The dry-cleaning method is best for more delicate carpets. This method involves working in our special dry powder by hand and then using a machine to brush the powder deep into the carpet. This is then removed by using a professional vacuum. There is no drying time for this method.
The wet cleaning method is used for less delicate carpets, and we use different machines, depending on the size of the room we are cleaning, that have heating elements with changeable temperatures. This helps us to ensure the carpet gets the deepest clean possible. If we use the wet cleaning method in your home or business, there is a drying time of between 2 and 24 hours (unless you use our premium service, which includes turbo dryers that will dry any room in 30 minutes).
There are things you do to help dry your carpet more quickly such as opening the windows and/or putting the heating on, but you can walk on a wet carpet anyway, using plastic overshoes that we can provide to you. We can also clean any hard floors in the property for you while we are there to clean your carpet so that you can be assured you are not treading any dirt from the hard floors straight onto your clean carpets.

I’ve employed them on five separate occasions from April 2021 to October 2022, and on all those occasions, except for one, I have not needed to supervise or ask them to return for any end of tenancy cleaning services. This is the worst company I’ve dealt with. They changed the time of the clean without informing me and then I saw a text later that said they were coming 3 hours later. I had painters waiting until they had left to finish skirting boards etc. The painters had to go home and come back the next day. Cost me more money. HOWEVER Premium Clean NEVER TURNED UP at all!!!

book this company for a specific service, after builders cleaning and we paid accordingly for a deep cleaning of the house (£265)
unfortunately the level of service was extremely poor and the property was left with dust and stains all over the rooms.
In addition to that, the cleaners didn’t follow the basic cov19 roles and they didn’t wear any masks even when they were not cleaning and in the same room as me (I’m 8 months pregnant). When we asked for them to wear the masks they pretend not to listen or we were told to leave the property empty
Windows are full of stains and dust so the area close to the window handle is dirty (it doesn’t seem it was even touched)

the floor still have the stains that were there before the cleaning team came

I tried to speak with the cleaners but nothing so I called the office to raise my concern and I was told I should not be in my house or I should stay in a room to wait for them to finish. With my surprise when the cleaners finished, they left the house without saying anything, however one of them had to come back to the house as she left her scarf.
I took the opportunity to speak with the cleaner telling her I was not happy with the service, but she didn’t care and said it was clean for her
I called the office again and the customer service person was very rude because of my complains and because I said I don’t have any other options that put a negative review
After several complains, I was offer a refund of £15 (over £265 I paid)
unfortunately the level of service was extremely poor and the property was left with dust and stains all over the rooms.
In addition to that, the cleaners didn’t follow the basic cov19 roles and they didn’t wear any masks even when they were not cleaning and in the same room as me (I’m 8 months pregnant). When we asked for them to wear the masks they pretend not to listen or we were told to leave the property empty
Windows are full of stains and dust so the area close to the window handle is dirty (it doesn’t seem it was even touched)
the electrical switches is full of dust
the floor still have the stains that were there before the cleaning team came
the freezer was not even open

At first I was not sure if I wanted their service, but after they performed their job, I was stunned.
It took around 2 hours to clean out the carpets in the flat. It was such a pleasure to come home after them has visited. It feels like I have a completely new rugs.
