- The next step is applying the Steam. For steam cleaning your mattress and a range of other above-floor areas in your home, your better to choose a steam cleaner that includes a dedicated Mattress tool. These are usually equipped with the steam mop of your choosing. You should also use the supplied cloth on the tools end during cleaning, as it will help to collect any excess Moisture and minimise a Bad soaking allowing the Drying time to be within reason.
Some stains may be a little more difficult to remove and require a second go over to help lift them out. Gently press the steam mop into the stained area to help lift out the deepest of stains.
Once the steam process is completed, you will need to leave your mattress to naturally dry. Ensure that it is completely dry before putting any dressing onto the bed. This should only take a very short period of time as you have used steam rather than liquid to clean the mattress. If you steam clean the mattress during the day it should be dry. On the same night you will have a clean mattress ready for sleeping..
Make Sure that you wash all the cloths from the steam mop immediately so that all bacteria and germs are killed ready for the next use.

I’ve employed them on five separate occasions from April 2021 to October 2022, and on all those occasions, except for one, I have not needed to supervise or ask them to return for any end of tenancy cleaning services. The only issue is their telephone response times, but they do always call back and are willing to do whatever is necessary to maintain the high standards.

Excellent service. They repaired worn out strands in a join in the hallway. When the carpet was fitted we were not aware of where the fitters had created a seam. After a few years it became apparent. They solved the problem.

A great and easy experience from start to finish. Nick arrived on time and was happy to tackle our soiled and badly stained sofa. He said he would do his best and has far exceeded our expectations. Had a night out and threw up all over my buildings stair carpets. I contacted Premium Clean on Tuesday and by Thursday Nick came out to my home. He was courteous and professional and after some preliminary questions and conversation he got right to work. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing and I could see my sofas actually getting cleaner as I watched him work. This is the worst company I’ve dealt with. They changed the time of the clean without informing me and then I saw a text later that said they were coming 3 hours later. I had painters waiting until they had left to finish skirting boards etc. The painters had to go home and come back the next day. Cost me more money. HOWEVER Premium Clean NEVER TURNED UP at all!!!

book this company for a specific service, after builders cleaning and we paid accordingly for a deep cleaning of the house (£265)
unfortunately the level of service was extremely poor and the property was left with dust and stains all over the rooms.
In addition to that, the cleaners didn’t follow the basic cov19 roles and they didn’t wear any masks even when they were not cleaning and in the same room as me (I’m 8 months pregnant). When we asked for them to wear the masks they pretend not to listen or we were told to leave the property empty
Windows are full of stains and dust so the area close to the window handle is dirty (it doesn’t seem it was even touched)
the electrical switches is full of dust
the floor still have the stains that were there before the cleaning team came
the freezer was not even open

middle of the cleaning, I checked the rooms they were done and I immediately saw there were still dirty.
I tried to speak with the cleaners but nothing so I called the office to raise my concern and I was told I should not be in my house or I should stay in a room to wait for them to finish. They ensured me that the rooms would have been cleaned and I would have time to run through the rooms with the cleaners to speak about the service.
With my surprise when the cleaners finished, they left the house without saying anything, however one of them had to come back to the house as she left her scarf.
I took the opportunity to speak with the cleaner telling her I was not happy with the service, but she didn’t care and said it was clean for her
I called the office again and the customer service person was very rude because of my complains and because I said I don’t have any other options that put a negative review
After several complains, I was offer a refund of £15 (over £265 I paid)
unfortunately the level of service was extremely poor and the property was left with dust and stains all over the rooms.
In addition to that, the cleaners didn’t follow the basic cov19 roles and they didn’t wear any masks even when they were not cleaning and in the same room as me (I’m 8 months pregnant). When we asked for them to wear the masks they pretend not to listen or we were told to leave the property empty
Windows are full of stains and dust so the area close to the window handle is dirty (it doesn’t seem it was even touched)
the electrical switches is full of dust
the floor still have the stains that were there before the cleaning team came
the freezer was not even open

middle of the cleaning, I checked the rooms they were done and I immediately saw there were still dirty.
I tried to speak with the cleaners but nothing so I called the office to raise my concern and I was told I should not be in my house or I should stay in a room to wait for them to finish. They ensured me that the rooms would have been cleaned and I would have time to run through the rooms with the cleaners to speak about the service.
With my surprise when the cleaners finished, they left the house without saying anything, however one of them had to come back to the house as she left her scarf.
I took the opportunity to speak with the cleaner telling her I was not happy with the service, but she didn’t care and said it was clean for her
I called the office again and the customer service person was very rude because of my complains and because I said I don’t have any other options that put a negative review
After several complains, I was offer a refund of £15 (over £265 I paid)

At first I was not sure if I wanted their service, but after they performed their job, I was stunned.
It took around 2 hours to clean out the carpets in the flat. It was such a pleasure to come home after them has visited. It feels like I have a completely new rugs.
