As the Company Continued to Grow, Dan Joined us in 2018 as our Main Secretary, Responsible for Taking Bookings and General Enquiries Via Email and Telephone.

Dan Dinov Biography

I love to play football with my friends once a week. I am not a professional player, but I used to play for a team a short time before. I know Kiril through our children, we also play Football together sometimes, he is a great player however I think I am a lot better than him :).

I have my own private apartment in Sunny Beach – Black Sea in Bulgaria Country. I am staying here all summer and working from home during the day. I’m enjoying it in the evenings and weekends. The weather it’s beautiful at this time.

I don’t wish to talk about marriages, because I am not married, and still looking for my perfect match. I hope to find it soon. This is not my priority for now, but it will happen one day.

I also used to live in the US when I was a student for a few years there, but if I am to be honest with you I like the UK much more than the US, for many reasons.

Experience

I used to work in a restaurant for 4 year and get most of the experience there. Since I start in 2018 in Premium Clean i think i get my place for me, and feel more comfortable and confident. Kiril and Megan are very happy with my work and I am also happy to work with them.

  • Quick Response  replying emails and returning calls.
  • Receiving Excellent Feedback form our Customers.
  • Emails replying to new Orders and sending Invoices.

 

I hope everyone is happy with my work since I started working for Premium Clean. I will do my best to keep the customers happy and to keep my place at the business in the future. My priority is for all of us to be happy in the end. I am also dealing with complaints, there are not that many, but I am a very positive person and aways do my best to make sure the customers will receive great service in the end. This ensures that we get positive outcomes with every single customer.
