REAL STORY

Mr and Mrs Shirley, a family from Kensington contacted us via telephone asking for our help. They were in need of an urgent upholstery cleaning service and we had been recommended to them by a friend. Our team in the office were more than happy to assist them and give all the information that they needed to help them decide whether we were right for them. We started by asking them which items of upholstery they required us to clean, they proceeded to explain they needed 3x pairs of curtains, 2x double mattresses and a 4 seat L-shape sofa steam cleaned. They mentioned that the sofa had a few stains on from spilled drinks and some food stains as they had small children in the property. We reassured them that this wasn't an issue and that we could help get her upholstery back to a fresh clean state. We went on to explain that our technician would need to perform a small fabric test on a piece of the fabric (in a place that cannot be seen) this is to ensure that we use the correct products and equipment on each item. Some fabrics need to be treated with more care than others. Mr and Mrs Shirley were more than happy with this information and agreed that the fabrics test would be perfectly fine. We explained that the technician would then clean each item until he was happy with the results, we explained that we recommend letting every piece of upholstery to completely dry before using it again as using it whilst still damp could cause further staining or damage. We then proceeded to get them booked at the last minute for the following morning at 08:30. On the day our technician arrived on time and was ready to proceed with the cleaning straight away, once he was finished he allowed Mr and Mrs Shirley to check his work and confirm that they were happy with the cleanin. They were over the moon at how fresh their property smelt and just how clean the Mattresses and Sofa came out. “Like new” were the words that Mrs Shilrey used. On the day we were actually asked if we could add an additional item to the cleaning a rug which we were more than happy to add for them at an additional agreed cost. We were happy that we were able to help this family last minute.

Nick did an excellent job on my chairs. He took the trouble to move them away from my expensive wool carpet. He is quiet and efficient, and a hard worker with many years experience in this business.
Nick explained to me the best ways to spot clean, and also told me about cleaning services offered by the company for area rugs.

Today, we had new age carpet & Upholstery cleaning, come and clean our area rugs, and several sofas and arm chairs, the technician that arrived, was on time and very polite, he explained his process & also provided other information for maintaining our fabric, before starting he protected the area with drop sheets, then got to work. Results were out of this world!!!! Everything looks New again, I recommend this company to everyone.

Booked this company for my carpet and sofa clean after my tenant terms finished.

This is the worst company I’ve dealt with. They changed the time of the clean without informing me and then I saw a text later that said they were coming 3 hours later. I had painters waiting until they had left to finish skirting boards etc. The painters had to go home and come back the next day. Cost me more money. HOWEVER Premium Clean NEVER TURNED UP at all!!!
I spent over an hour trying get an explanation and someone to come and clean the house. They did not return my calls and then I asked the Superviser to call. They didn’t call either. THEN THEY CHARGED MY MASTERCARD for the Clean they never did. Took me over a week to get a refund! Extremely unprofessional.

book this company for a specific service, after builders cleaning and we paid accordingly for a deep cleaning of the house (£265)

unfortunately the level of service was extremely poor and the property was left with dust and stains all over the rooms.

In addition to that, the cleaners didn’t follow the basic cov19 roles and they didn’t wear any masks even when they were not cleaning and in the same room as me (I’m 8 months pregnant). When we asked for them to wear the masks they pretend not to listen or we were told to leave the property empty

Windows are full of stains and dust so the area close to the window handle is dirty (it doesn’t seem it was even touched)
the electrical switches is full of dust
the floor still have the stains that were there before the cleaning team came
the freezer was not even open

and those are just a few pictures…

middle of the cleaning, I checked the rooms they were done and I immediately saw there were still dirty.
I tried to speak with the cleaners but nothing so I called the office to raise my concern and I was told I should not be in my house or I should stay in a room to wait for them to finish. They ensured me that the rooms would have been cleaned and I would have time to run through the rooms with the cleaners to speak about the service.

With my surprise when the cleaners finished, they left the house without saying anything, however one of them had to come back to the house as she left her scarf.
I took the opportunity to speak with the cleaner telling her I was not happy with the service, but she didn’t care and said it was clean for her

I called the office again and the customer service person was very rude because of my complains and because I said I don’t have any other options that put a negative review

After several complains, I was offer a refund of £15 (over £265 I paid)

I used Premium`s Clean service for a Carpet Cleaning and it was excellent!
I called Premium Clean in London and asked for their dry carpet cleaning.
At first I was not sure if I wanted their service, but after they performed their job, I was stunned.
It took around 2 hours to clean out the carpets in the flat. It was such a pleasure to come home after them has visited. It feels like I have a completely new rugs.
